We are thrilled to share that we have been awarded the Santa Barbara County Access for All Program for the second consecutive year! This initiative guarantees the availability of wheelchair-accessible vehicles to the public. Much like Uber and Lyft, it aims to eliminate barriers for those in need. Book your ride today!
How to book online
Visit our website in the “Access for All” section.
Scroll down and select the green "Schedule a Ride" button.
Afterward, it will direct you to the book rides website.
After accessing the website, you'll be directed to a page where you can input your trip details, including the date, time, number of passengers, luggage, address, and any additional stops you wish to add or remove.

Once you've input all the details, select the green “Check Pricing” button.
You will then proceed to step 2, "Choose Vehicle," where the cost of your trip will be displayed.

Then, select the green "Choose" button.
Once you've made your selection, you'll move on to Step 3 to confirm your trip.
Next, you will input your personal details.

After entering your personal information, you will click "Create Trip."
After that, your trip will be scheduled.
Please Note: Your credit card will not be charged immediately, and if you haven't created an account, you will be asked to do so.
Once you've set up an account, you can log in and arrange upcoming trips through the book rides app. Alternatively, if you choose not to use the app, reservations can be made on the Book Rides Online website.
For your reference: You can download the book rides app from the App Store, Android App Store, or Google Play.
If you have further questions about your eligibility or encounter any issues with booking, please contact our 24/7 Dispatch line at 805-934-0592.
Keep in Mind: This program only accepts rides within Santa Barbara County.
