Nancy Crawford

Founder & CEO

Nancy Crawford is a recognized leader in regional transit and accessible transportation, known for founding Care Connection Transport Services, LLC and transforming non-emergency medical transportation across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. Her collaborative work with hospitals, healthcare providers, and local agencies has expanded mobility options, reduced barriers to care, and improved health outcomes for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and underserved communities. Honored with awards including Small Business of the Year, Pacific Coast Business Times’ 40 Under 40, and Champion of Health Care, Nancy also serves on multiple boards, including the Marian Foundation, and remains deeply engaged in community service through organizations such as the Rotary Club of Santa Maria, Kiwanis Club for Kids, and Blessings in a Backpack.

Steven S.

Operations Supervisor

Steven has been part of the team for 3 months after years as a Postal Operations Manager at Vandenberg Space Force Base. His background is in logistics and management.His family has worked in elderly care for 15 years. He grew up around people who took pride in helping seniors, which shaped his sense of responsibility and made this field a natural fit. He coaches youth football in Orcutt and loves being on the field with his sons. He keeps things organized and encourages everyone to give their best, the same way he shows up as a dad of four, with three sons ages 17, 12, and 6, and a 14-year-old daughter.

Dispatch Manager

With 25 years in healthcare and experience leading dispatch operations, I bring compassion, coordination, and strong organizational skills to my role as Dispatch Manager. My experience has shaped me into a detail-oriented leader who understands the importance of balancing efficiency with empathy. I am dedicated to building effective systems, strengthening team collaboration, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects professionalism and care.

I am passionate about cultivating a workplace culture built on integrity, accountability, and service.

Tim F.

Driver Trainer

Tim was raised in Stockton by grandma and is the youngest of seven. He came to town in 1992 from Oceano and started working for Care Connection in 2022. His background is 37 years for Caltrans plus state work and was a CT equipment operator supervisor for a young crew (18-24) consisting of 15 people for Cal Conservation Core. During his free time Tim likes to go camping, fish by the ocean, walk, and watch football.

Josseline P.

Human Resources

Josseline is an HR professional focused on talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and employee development. A CSUMB alumnus with a degree in Business Administration and driven by a passion for California labor law, she is dedicated to creating inclusive, equitable workplaces where every employee feels valued. As a first-generation Mexican American, Josseline values cultural awareness and strives to balance people-centered HR strategies with compliance and engagement.

Regan A.

Office Assistant

Regan is a recent Public Health graduate from Cal Poly with experience in customer service, peer health education, and government public health programs. She has been with the company for a year and has gained skills in Human Resources, marketing, and administrative skills. Regan is passionate about community well-being and brings a strong work ethic, communication skills, and a global perspective shaped by her interest in travel and cultural experiences.
